    Mollie Andron is the VP of programs at M²: Institute for Experiential Jewish Education and has over 15 years of experience teaching in a variety of Jewish educational settings - including formal classroom teaching, nature education, theatre education, and collaborative philanthropy education. She enjoys being in the field as well as building programs and trainings to support others. Mollie holds a doulbe Masters  in Midrash and Jewish Experiential Education from the Jewish Theological Seminary, a B.A. in Religion from Bard College, and is a graduation of M²’s Senior Educators Cohort. She lives in Brooklyn, NJ with her husband and children.

    Dr. Shimon Azulay is a senior lecturer in the department of Jewish Studies at Ono Academic College. His main research focuses on the concepts of Meaning, Community and Leadership and their practical applications. Dr. Azulay also researches and teaches about the philosophical question of the Holocaust. Dr. Azulay serves as a consultant to clients in various industries, including education, the military and nonprofits, mainly implementing his unique model, named "A Community of Meaning." Dr. Azulay also serves as a lecturer on issues concerning the meaning of life, happiness, community and Holocaust.

    He recently published a book called "The Revolution of Meaning: Authenticity, Community and Leadership in a Chaotic Age."

Dr. Mijal Bitton

  • Dr. Mijal Bitton

    Dr. Mijal Bitton is a spiritual leader, community builder, and sociologist who was born in Argentina who now calls the United States home. She is the co-founder and Rosh Kehillah (spiritual leader) of the Downtown Minyan in NYC and serves as Scholar in Residence at the Maimonides Fund. Dr. Bitton is also a Visiting Researcher at NYU Wagner, where she leads pioneering research on Sephardic and Mizrahi Jews in the United States. An alumna of the Wexner Graduate Fellowship, a New Pluralist Field Builder, and a Sacks Scholar, she lectures widely, co-hosts the podcast Wondering Jews, and was a featured speaker at the historic March for Israel in Washington, D.C. Dr. Bitton has a Substack newsletter called "Committed", where she shares weekly wisdom for living a meaningful Jewish life today.

Limor Rubin

Philanthropic Leader & Social Entrepreneur

    Limor Rubin is a philanthropic leader, social entrepreneur, and a spiritual mentor based in Modi'in, Israel. She holds a B.A. in Business, and M.A. in Public Policy, and professional certification in spiritual care and leadership development.

    For the past 13 years, Limor has been a social impact investor in Israel's philanthropic ecosystem. Since 2018, she has served as CEO of the Honey Foundation in Israel, a strategic philanthropy investing in spiritual leadership and spiritual resilience in Israel. Beofre joining the Honey Foundation, she led the portfolio on Israel-American Jewry relations at the Ruderman Family Foundation.

    Earlier in her career, Limor held senior leadership roles in Israel's civil society, advancing Jewish Peoplehood, inclusion, gender equality, and disability rights. She served as spokesperson for the Israel Women's Network and as an Israeli emissary in South Africa and Uzbekistan.

    Throughout her life, Limor has been a community builder and social entrepreneur. She founded an inclusive Israeli-Jewish community bridging secular and religious families, and in 2019 co-founded with her family Ha'Aron HaHevrati ("The Social Closet") - a home-based initiative that became, after October 7, a volunteer home front command for clothing distribution and a community-driven social-environmental enterprise.

    Following October 7, Limor established Israel's first Clinic for Restorative Entrepreneurship, offering pro bono guidance and mentorship to individuals and initiatives born from trauma and the desire to heal through doing good.

    A longtime yoga practitioner, Limor facilitates a beit midrash (Jewish learning circle) for therapists and writes prayers and poems exploring healing, resilience, and spiritual growth in Israel's evolving reality.

    Yotam Wolk is the Senior Shaliach (Emissary) of the Jewish Agency to RootOne and The iCenter. In his current role, Yotam focuses on cultivating meaningful relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and facilitating educational sessions with communities across North America. His work aims to deepen connection between Israel and the Jewish world through experiential, values-driven engagement.

    Yotam has worked extensively with Jewish summer camps, both as a staff member and as a trainer for Israeli participants preparing to join camp communities through the Jewish Agency. He also served as the Jewish Agency Israel Fellow at Yale University, where he helped strenthen Israel education and Jewish life on campus. Yotam holds a B.A. in International Affairs and Communications from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an M.A. in Israel Education form the George Washington University.
